Mentors are the industry experts/professionals who have worked in the different industries and tend to have more comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of the professional world, including the markets, systems and processes. MeetPro curates a large community of mentors from various professional backgrounds such as Marketing, Finance, IT, Automation, Fashion, Health etc who can guide Mentees in making better career decisions.

Yes, a booking fee is charged as per the expected fees of the Mentors. Majority of this fee goes to the mentors who facilitate these sessions

A session with the mentor is typically 45 minutes long and we provide both audio and video sessions as per the availability and consent of the mentor.

Taking help and guidance from a mentor can be useful in multiple ways. Since Mentors are people who have faced different career challenges in different industries, sectors and companies - they are able to guide you better by explaining various pros and cons along with future prospects such that mentees are able to assess their career choices and decisions more clearly. The sessions are not only non-judgemental but also very constructive because you get to express, share aspirations, hear different perspectives and effectively ‘brainstorm’ approaches with mentors.

Once you book a session, you receive a confirmation mail from us. We also send you an email invite with the link which you are supposed to join at the time of the conversation.

The best way is to select a Mentor who you think is working in the same industry/role/company/sector in which you need career guidance or you want to have clear insights and hence will have the greatest context about the career prospect you want to have a conversation on. You can search for specific industries, sectors etc. in the search bar of the website and select from the Mentors in the search results. Make sure you take note of the Mentor’s spoken languages before you book a slot with him/her.

It is completely okay if you cannot attend the session on the selected date and time - however, to respect the Mentor’s time, please let us know in advance. Fee for cancellations or reschedules done 6 hours before the actual slot time is reimbursed or accommodated as applicable. Within 6 hours of the slot, it is treated as a last-minute change and the booking fee is not reimbursed.

All the conversations, observations and interactions will be kept mutually-confidential. Also no contact information (email or phone number) of either party is shared before or post the session. 

Currently all Mentor sessions on MEETPRO are done online. 

MEETPRO currently does not permit chat interaction with Mentors. Currently we only do audio/video conversations.
