Advertising Material

User Conduct and Rules

User Warranty and Representation

Fee Payments

Upon completion of certain transactions using the Meetpro.in Services, Meetpro.in reserves the right to charge listing/advertising/product usage fees as well as transaction fees. In addition, Meetpro.in reserves the right to change fees at any time without notice. Users will be responsible for paying all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments.

Delivery of Services

There will be no physical delivery of any of our services. Once a service has been purchased, users will receive an email with instructions on how to use it. You will receive assistance from our team of experts in providing a hassle-free user experience.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges are allowed on any of our sales/purchases of services. In the case that money was charged to your card or account without delivery of services, kindly notify us through email at info@Meetpro.in or whatever contact address is given on the Contact Us page. Subsequently, Meetpro.in will investigate the incident and if it is true, then you will be refunded your money within 21 business days from when we first receive your email. All refunds will be credited back to the payment source after taking into consideration applicable service charges and taxes (if there are any). Note that it might take from three to twenty-one days for you to get the money in your bank account based on your bank’s policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability

While Meetpro.in has attempted to ensure that all information on the Website is accurate, it does not warrant or make any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or service on the Website. The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising from:

The use of the Services or the inability to use them;
An unauthorized person accesses or alters the user's transmissions or data;
Meetpro.in shall not be held accountable for any loss of use, data or profits resulting from the use or performance of the website or service. Furthermore, Meetpro.in will not bear responsibility for any unplanned maintenance operations, or disruptions in access to the website due to technical reasons beyond their control. Indemnification

Governing Law

Disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi courts without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall only apply to that provision or part of that provision, and all other provisions of this agreement remain in force and effect.

Report Abuse

By agreeing to these Terms, you accept that you are held responsible for the content or material which you upload on to this website. We do not vouch for nor verify any posts put up by our users and can therefore not be held liable. Ending your relationship with Meetpro.in

The Terms will continue to apply until either you or Meetpro terminates them. If you want to terminate your legal agreement with Meetpro, you may do so by (a) notifying Meetpro at any time and (b) closing your accounts for all of the Services which you use, where Meetpro has provided this option.
